Our thoughts are with the people of Afghanistan heritage in our local community who are worried about their loved ones and for everyone who contributed to support our veterans and are now at risk.
If you and your children are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious during this very sad time, please reach out for support. There are various services who may be able to support you during this difficult time, including the Kids Helpline, Lifeline, or STARTTS. The links for accessing each of these services have been attached to this post.
